I started Firethorne because I’ve been where a lot of our clients are. Responsible for keeping systems running, making decisions that impact security and compliance, and trying to build something solid without always having the right support. I’ve worked in IT leadership roles and I’ve hired MSPs myself. Most of the time, those experiences left me feeling like just another account on someone’s list.
Firethorne was never meant to be a churn-and-burn IT shop. I wanted to build a company that focused on real relationships. The kind where you know who’s got your back, where the work is solid, and where the people genuinely care. We built Firethorne for companies that take security seriously, value transparency, and want a partner they can trust.
