Keep the line running
Downtime stops revenue; a breach can stop the whole plant. We run the IT behind your operation — production networks segmented from corporate systems, designs protected, every site connected — and handle NIST 800-171 and CMMC when your contracts call for it.
Schedule a ConsultationWhy it matters
Manufacturers run some of the most complex IT environments anywhere: production equipment that can't go down, design data and process know-how competitors would love to have, suppliers and customers connected to your systems, and plants spread across multiple sites. Some manufacturers also carry NIST 800-171 and CMMC obligations through the defense supply chain — but secure, reliable operations matter whether you hold a DoD contract or not.
Services for manufacturers
Managed IT Services
Helpdesk, patching, and 24/7 US-based monitoring tuned to production schedules — maintenance windows that respect your line, not the other way around.
Learn moreEndpoint Monitoring
Continuous visibility across workstations, servers, and the systems that touch your production floor — issues caught before they become downtime.
Learn moreCloud & Infrastructure
Multi-site WANs, hybrid cloud, and centralized identity — every plant on one secure architecture, with secure remote access for the people who need it.
Learn moreBackup & Recovery
Site-to-site backup and tested recovery plans, so an equipment failure or ransomware event doesn't take the operation down with it.
Learn moreSecurity Assessments
OT and IT reviewed together: how design data flows, where production networks touch corporate systems, and what an attacker would reach first.
Learn moreCMMC & NIST 800-171
If you supply the defense industrial base, CMMC determines contract eligibility. Gap assessment through audit preparation, staged around production.
Learn moreOur approach
- 01
Discovery & Gap Assessment
A full picture of the environment: production equipment, corporate IT, design data flows, site connectivity, and where OT and IT actually meet.
- 02
Roadmap Development
A Do Now / Do Next / Do Later plan — immediate priorities like MFA, OT/IT segmentation, and better backups first, larger projects scheduled around production.
- 03
Remediation & Implementation
Segmentation, monitoring, and hardening rolled out in maintenance windows — protecting the line without stopping it.
- 04
Ongoing Management
24/7 monitoring, patch management, backup verification, and — for defense suppliers — the compliance reviews and evidence that keep you contract-ready.
Frequently asked questions
Can you isolate our production equipment from corporate IT?
Yes. We design segmented OT architectures that isolate production equipment from corporate networks — limiting what malware or an intruder can reach, and supporting NIST 800-171 and export control requirements where they apply.
We run multiple plants. Can you support all of them?
Yes. We build multi-site environments on hybrid cloud and WANs with centralized identity, secure remote access, and site-to-site backup — so every location runs on the same secure foundation.
We're not a defense contractor. Is this still a fit?
Absolutely. Most of what we do for manufacturers — production uptime, OT/IT segmentation, IP protection, multi-site infrastructure — applies to any operation. Compliance work layers on only when your contracts require it.
We supply a DoD prime. Do we need CMMC?
If you handle CUI or FCI anywhere in the defense supply chain, yes — CMMC requirements have been in DoD solicitations since the rule took effect in November 2025, and primes are flowing them down to their suppliers.
We have an internal IT team. How does this work?
Co-managed is common in manufacturing: your team keeps daily operations and the plant-floor knowledge, we add 24/7 monitoring, security depth, and compliance expertise where you need it.
Ready to protect the operation?
Start with an assessment of your OT and IT environment — know where production is exposed and what to fix first, before downtime or a contract clause decides for you.
